Active Collision Control

At Radlay Integrated Safety, we believe that the most effective way to manage a workplace incident is to prevent it from ever occurring. Active Collision Control Systems represent the pinnacle of pre-impact technology—shifting safety from a passive “cushion” to an intelligent, real-time intervention. By integrating AI-powered sensors and autonomous response protocols, we help organizations eliminate the “human error” factor, which accounts for the vast majority of industrial vehicle accidents

  • Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB): The final line of defense. If a pedestrian or obstacle is detected in the travel path and the operator does not respond, the system autonomously applies the brakes to prevent impact.

  • Electronic Stability Control (ESC): Vital for heavy loads and uneven terrain. ESC monitors steering input versus actual vehicle movement, applying individual wheel braking to prevent rollovers or “jackknifing.”

  • Forward & Rear Collision Avoidance (FCW/RCCA): Using radar and LiDAR, these systems provide audible and visual alerts for forward proximity and detect cross-traffic hazards while the vehicle is in reverse.

  • Blind Spot & Lane Management: Intelligent “side-eye” sensors detect personnel or smaller equipment in the operator’s blind spots, while Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) ensures vehicles stay within designated transit corridors in large-scale facilities.
